'Health Communication and the meta-synthesis of humanized childbirth" "Comunicação em saúde e a meta síntese do parto humanizado"

ENGLISH_ "Health Communication and the meta-synthesis of humanised childbirth: In my health creation work, the CONCEPT is as important as the AESTHETICS. This is where Bia Fioretti differs from pre-programmed artificial intelligence work. Creation is not just about mastering a tool to create layouts. Creation is about communicating, translating, and synthesising.

To develop the identity for the 5th International Conference on Humanisation of Childbirth and Delivery (V CIHPN), held in Brasília in February 2024, I studied all the areas of action of the NGO Humanisation Network for Childbirth and Delivery, ReHuNa, and challenged myself to identify its operational uniqueness.

By systematising the areas of action for humanising childbirth and delivery, I summarised them into four pillars: Science, education, and healthcare practices; Social justice; Equity; and Social Mobilisation. All these pillars represent forces that interact and converge. To further summarise, I developed a meta-synthesis chart.

In this representation of meta-synthesis, Humanisation of childbirth and delivery is a convergence of these pillars. Should there be any regression in public policy or healthcare practices lacking scientific evidence, or instances of racism, ableism, or gender bias weakening any of these pillars, the others combine forces to prevent these setbacks from being implemented.

PORTUGUÊS_ No meu  trabalho de criação em saúde o CONCEITO é tão importante como a ESTÉTICA, é aí que a Bia. Fioretti se diferencia de um trabalho pré programado de inteligência artificial. Criação não é dominar uma ferramenta de fazer  lay-outs.  Criação é comunicar,  traduzir e sintetizar.

Para desenvolver a identidade da V Conferência Internacional de Humanização do Parto e Nascimento (V CIHPN), realizada em Brasília em fevereiro de 2024,  eu estudei  todas as frentes de atuação da ONG Rede de Humanização do Parto e Nascimento, ReHuNa e me desafiei a encontrar o seu diferencial de atuação.

Ao sistematizar as frentes de atuação para humanização do parto e nascimento eu cheguei em síntese de quatro. pilares: Ciência, educação e práticas da saúde; Justiça social; Equidade e Mobilização Social. Todos estes. pilares representam forças que interagem e convergem entre si.  Para resumir ainda mais, desenvolvi um gráfico de meta síntese. 

 Nesta representação de meta síntese a Humanização do parto e nascimento é uma convergência destes pilares. Quando há algum retrocesso em alguma política pública ou em práticas de saúde sem comprovação por evidência científica, ou ocorrem manifestações de racismo, capacitismos,  viés de gênero que enfraqueçam algum destes pilares os demais juntam suas forças para que os retrocessos não sejam implantados..
